Some products may melt during transit, especially if you live in a warmer climate. If your product is melted upon arrival, simply allow the product to re-solidify at room temperature. You can also refrigerate your product for 15-20 minutes to solidify it.

In contrast, some products may solidify during transit, especially if you live in a colder climate. If your product is solid upon arrival, simply allow the product to liquify or soften at room temperature.
